Cliff Harris, UO Football Player, Cited for Speeding

According to Oregon State Police, Cliff Harris, best known for his punt returning ability, was cited driving 118 mph in a 65 mph zone today. While this normally isn't a huge deal, Cliff was driving with a suspended license. I'm not entirely sure why he decided to drive with a suspended license, let alone at twice the allowed speed limit, but hey - I ain't his daddy.

While the details are fairly strong he was driving a Nissan Altima, one witness claims he was simply dressed up as an Altima and was running that fast. I saw him run last year, and that wouldn't surprise me.
